There is a building, there is stock, and people pick up the phone
No PO box address and no reseller construction. Since 2025 Dysun Energy has been in its own head office on the Voltaweg in Echt, the Netherlands.
That is where the own stock sits, and where the instruction and training rooms are in which installers are trained before they fit a system in someone's home. That is not a side issue: what we safeguard in the design has to hold up in the meter cupboard — and that stands or falls with the professional standing there.

The market got faster, not simpler
The technological progress in energy storage is enormous. It did not make the market any clearer — and that is exactly why this company exists.
What we came across
Products became more complex, choices harder, and reliability turned out to be far from self-evident.
That is an uncomfortable combination. You do not buy an energy system for a moment — you lean on it daily, at home and at work. That is precisely when you do not want to depend on components that happen to tolerate each other, or on a supplier who is unreachable after handover.
What we do about it
Not selling loose batteries, but developing complete energy solutions. Safety, quality and ease of use always come first in that.
Years of intensive work with leading manufacturers and international engineering teams produced knowledge that goes beyond technology: how an energy system has to function in practice — reliably, efficiently and prepared for the future.
The founder's starting point
Innovation only gains value once people can rely on it.
That is not a slogan but a design rule. A function that only works in the laboratory does not count. What counts is what the system does on an ordinary Tuesday evening in February, without anyone having to look at it.

From Hong Kong to a head office of our own
Dysun Energy grew step by step: first close to production, then close to the customer. Neither of those two sides has ever been let go.

Safety is the first design choice
A system sits in a house or commercial building for years and has to stay safe there. That is why every assessment starts with safety, not with performance on paper.
Quality is a standard, not an ambition
Components are selected on what they do in practice, not on what they can do in the best case. What is not reliable enough does not go in.
Renewable energy has to stay simple
Technology you have to learn to operate does not get used. Advice, software and installation are there to make the system self-evident for whoever uses it.
A product is not yet a solution
High-grade products, expert advice and smart software belong together. Separately they return less than as a whole — which is why they are also developed and delivered as a whole.
