We get in touch
You get an answer by email or by phone. If there is a phone number with your request, we usually call briefly: that saves a string of messages back and forth.
Are you an installer, a distributor or an entrepreneur with a building that should handle energy more intelligently? Let us know briefly what it is about, and you get advice tailored to your situation instead of a standard brochure.
The more concrete your question, the sharper our answer. Think of the type of connection, the consumption of the building or the number of installations you hand over per year. Do not know that yet? A short description is enough to start with.
You do not have to fill in a form to ask a question. Calling or emailing works just as well. If it is about a system that has already been handed over, after sales and service is the fastest route to the right colleague.
The company registration number is not required. It only helps us find your company and see whether we already work together.
Three subjects come up almost every time. If you recognise your question in them, you already know which details are handy to have at hand.
The FlexVolt One LV is a single-phase system with modules of 5.12 kWh and grows from 5.1 to 20.4 kWh. The HV version works on three phases with modules of 3.8 kWh, starts at 7.6 kWh and is expandable to 81.6 kWh. The difference is in your connection and in the power you want to be able to deliver at once.
FlexGrid speaks more than 500 communication protocols and trades on the day-ahead market, the imbalance market and local energy markets. It balances automatically across three phases, watches and caps the power and can take part in a Virtual Power Plant.
In the Netherlands our systems are delivered through certified installers. Would you like to become part of that, or do you already supply installers and are you looking for a brand whose battery, inverter and energy management are tuned to each other? Let us know and we will look at what is needed together.
No queue and no automated sequence of emails. Your message reaches a colleague who knows the technology and responds to the substance of it.

We look at the connection, the consumption and the space where the system will go. From that follows which version is logical, how many modules are needed and whether wall or floor mounting is the obvious choice.
Delivery and fitting run through a certified installer. The FlexSwitch One is connected by a qualified electrician in line with the local wiring rules, so the switchover to backup is also genuinely safely recorded.
If you are considering working with Dysun Energy, read the page for installers first. It explains how a system is put together — on the FlexVolt One HV, for example, a fully integrated inverter in which PCS, EMS and BMS work together — and how you follow handed-over installations with real-time monitoring and reporting per day, quarter and year. After that you know exactly which questions you still want to ask.
Ordering does not go through this website. These pages are here to explain and substantiate; the ordering itself you arrange in the webshop.
For a home situation you are better off on the ordinary contact page: there you request a calculation directly with your annual consumption and connection. Not sure where you need to be? Feel free to call — we will point you the right way.
