Our general terms and conditions (B2B, version 1.2, effective 14 July 2025) are published in Dutch on the Dutch page; that text prevails. Request an English copy from Dysun Energy and we will send it to you.
How to request the terms
Would you like to see the general terms and conditions of Dysun Energy B.V.? Send a message to dysun@dysun.energy or call +31 (0)85 800 1730. We will send you the terms by email. That way you always receive the version that applies at that moment.
You get them before you commit to anything
On request, the general terms and conditions are sent to you before an agreement is entered into. So you can read them at your leisure and ask questions before you make a decision. If you are unsure about a provision, feel free to contact us; we are happy to explain it.
The language of the terms
Our general terms and conditions are drawn up in Dutch. Where we supply a translation, it is provided for convenience; in the event of any difference in meaning, the Dutch text prevails.
