Dysun Energy has been around since 2020. The chain our systems come out of goes back a lot further. We show you how that chain fits together, because as an installer you should not have to trust a brand name but what stands behind it.

Development in Shenzhen
Our product development sits in Shenzhen, the heart of the global battery industry. Our own team works there daily with the engineers of our production partner on the FlexVolt and FlexGrid lines. Specifications, firmware and European certification are directed from the Netherlands.

Production at a partner with its own cell production
Our systems are built by a specialised manufacturer that has been building batteries since 2014 and produces battery cells itself. Most brands buy cells in and assemble them into a system. Here there is one party responsible for a cell problem instead of three, and you notice that when you file a warranty claim.

Checked from cell to warehouse
Every step is inspected: from the cells that go in to the shipment that leaves our door. Exactly what gets checked is set out below.

Stock in Echt
Systems, modules, inverters and parts are held in our own warehouse in Echt. No container planning, no middlemen. Collection is possible.

On your van
One delivery per project, pre-wired, with all documentation. One phone number for questions, warranty and returns.
We do not name our production partners. What we do show you is how the chain works: which checks there are, what has been agreed, and who you call when something happens. That is what you need in order to deliver.

Why that chain listens to us
Finding a production partner in China is not hard. Finding one that calls you when something is wrong, that thinks along about European certification and that adapts its production line to what your market needs, is another matter. That takes years, being there yourself, and a relationship that goes beyond a purchase order.
I lived and worked in China for two years, and have worked with our partners there almost daily ever since. That relationship is the reason a brand from Echt has access to the same production lines as the big names.
For you as an installer that means this: if you have a question, there is a direct line to the people who built the system.
Quality assurance
What gets checked between the cell and your customer
01
Cell selection
We build on LFP cells of Tier 1 quality, chosen for their calm behaviour rather than for the highest energy density. Those cells are not bought on the market: our production partner makes them itself. That is the difference between choosing and buying, whoever makes the cell can match it to the module around it, instead of taking whatever happens to be cheap that month. Cell and module come from the same manufacturer.

An in-house qualified test laboratory
Our production partner does not only test at an external institute, but in an in-house laboratory approved by independent certification bodies to carry out certification tests on its own: safety, performance, behaviour at varying temperatures and cycle life, including fire tests in explosion-proof rooms. A manufacturer does not get that approval easily, the institute assesses the laboratory itself first. For you it means a problem is found during development, not in your customer’s attic.

Certification in our own name
CE, IEC/EN 62619 and UN 38.3 are held in the name of Dysun Energy and the product. We supply the documentation you need for the grid operator and the insurer.

Transport monitoring
Every module travels with a ShockWatch impact indicator. If it has been triggered, the module does not go out to you.

Checked twice in Echt
Our warehouse colleague inspects every module on arrival, and again when it leaves our door. Damage or a triggered indicator is therefore noticed twice: before it enters our stock, and before it enters your van.
Warranty and returns run directly through us in Echt.
