The battery stores. FlexGrid decides when.

A home battery without control is a cell waiting for someone to need it. FlexGrid is the layer around it: it ties generation, storage, consumption and trading on the energy market together and picks, every day again, the order that returns the most.

Hardware stores. Software decides what it returns.

FlexGrid is the intelligent link between generating, storing, consuming and trading smartly on the energy market. One platform that drives the whole home for yield, comfort and grid stability.

Solar panels, a battery, a heat pump and a charging point all do their own thing without control. FlexGrid lays one decision layer over them that tunes all those devices to each other and to the electricity price.

The result: your consumption shifts by itself to the cheap hours and your costs at peak moments come down — without you having to do anything for it.

Where FlexGrid sits in your installation

Sun and grid come in at the inverter. That feeds your home and charges the battery. FlexGrid watches at every point, drives the inverter and the battery and keeps in touch with the cloud for prices and forecasts.

Six things FlexGrid does all day

Everything below happens automatically, in the background. You do not have to follow tariffs or switch devices on and off.

FlexGrid buys and sells at the right moment

The system trades automatically through dynamic electricity prices, the day-ahead and imbalance markets and local energy markets. Your battery is therefore not only a buffer for your own sun, but also a position on the market.

Deciding today on tomorrow's prices

FlexGrid forecasts your consumption, your solar yield, your charging moments and your heat demand with AI. On tomorrow's expected prices it decides now: fill up when it pays, wait when that is wiser.

All three phases stay balanced

The system continuously watches the load on all three phases. That makes for better grid stability, less phase imbalance and a higher efficiency across your whole installation.

Your car charges when electricity is cheap

FlexGrid charges your car on cheap electricity or on your own sun, with respect for your departure time. Several charging points are driven without creating a peak load.

Your peak power stays under the limit

The system keeps your capacity peak low and watches the limit of your connection. Surplus sun goes to battery, heat pump, boiler or charging point instead of onto the grid.

Thousands of homes as one virtual power plant

FlexGrid supports more than 500 communication protocols and integrates with virtually every energy system. Several installations together form a Virtual Power Plant that generates extra income.

You see in real time what the system does

Control you cannot check is a black box. FlexGrid therefore shows in real time what happens: what you generate, what you use and what goes in and out of the battery.

If something goes wrong with performance or the connection, you do not wait for it: you get an immediate SMS warning and an alarm report, so a fault does not run on unnoticed.

For technical, maintenance and financial management, FlexGrid delivers performance and financial reports per day, per quarter and per year. Installers and managers drive thousands of installations with different inverters through the same platform.
