We connect you to a certified installer in your region.

You do not have to ring round installers yourself. Leave your situation with us and we find a certified partner who knows the system and works near you. That way you know in advance that the installation is in professional hands.

Our systems are fitted by installers who know them

Dysun Energy does not deliver directly to homes, but through a network of certified installers in the Netherlands.

We do that deliberately. A home battery with an inverter and energy management touches your meter cupboard, your consumer unit and sometimes your charging point and heat pump. That work belongs with someone who has got to know the system and understands how the parts work together.

All partners work with the same build-up: battery, inverter and energy management from one source, tuned to each other. So you do not get a collection of brands that do not know each other, but an installation meant as a whole.

How it goes from request to working installation

There is no search engine behind this page for you to click through. You make one request with us and we arrange the match.

You leave your situation with us

Through the contact form you tell us how much electricity you use per year, what kind of connection you have and which postcode you live in. If you do not know your consumption precisely, an estimate from your annual statement is good enough to start with.

We find the right partner

We look at which set-up suits your consumption and your connection and put you in touch with a certified installer who works in your region. They then draw up the quote and discuss with you what is possible in the meter cupboard.

The installer fits the system

The installation is done by a qualified electrician in line with the applicable wiring regulations. After handover they explain how you follow the system and where to go if anything comes up.

This page explains how it works; the rest runs through your request and your installer.

We work with three kinds of partner

Not every partner does the same thing. Knowing who you are dealing with helps you understand who writes your quote and who finally connects the system.

Dysun Energy certified

Installers who know the Dysun Energy system and fit it in your home. They take care of the advice, the quote, the installation and the handover. If you want a home battery installed, this is the party you end up with.

Distributor

Parties that take the systems further into the market and supply and support installers in their network. As a private customer you usually do not deal with them directly, but they do make sure your installer can deliver quickly.

Wholesale

Trade parties where installers buy the products, alongside the other material they need for an installation. They too work with the same documentation and product information as the rest of the network.

What you may expect from a certified installer

An installer from our network works with products that are tested and certified, and with documentation that is current. That saves you improvisation on the day.

The home batteries carry a ten-year warranty and are designed for 7,000 cycles. They are built to IP66 and have a heating module, with an operating temperature of –20 to 50 degrees Celsius.

Your installer switches on the FlexGrid energy management system at handover, so your system works with your consumption and the energy prices from day one.

What is handy to have at hand

The more concrete your request, the sooner your installer can come with a realistic proposal. You do not have to work out anything you do not know, but these details help us choose the right partner and the right set-up.

  • Your annual consumption in kilowatt-hours, readable from your energy supplier's annual statement.
  • Whether you have a single-phase or three-phase connection; if you do not know, we work it out together.
  • Your postcode, so we can look for an installer nearby.
  • Whether you have solar panels and roughly how much they generate.
  • Whether you charge an electric car or use a heat pump.
  • Where you would want to place the battery: on the wall or on the floor.

Would you rather look around first before requesting anything? Then see the full range on the products page or read how the energy management system steers your consumption. Speaking to someone straight away works too: call +31 (0)85 800 1730 or email dysun@dysun.energy.
