Which inverters are compatible with the FlexVolt series?
The FlexVolt One has an integrated hybrid inverter. The separate FlexVolt modules are compatible with selected inverters (list available in our manual).
Can the battery work without solar panels?
Yes, the battery can also be charged with cheap power from the grid, for instance at night or during low dynamic tariffs.
Does Dysun Energy give a warranty on its home batteries?
Yes, Dysun Energy gives a standard warranty of 10 years on its batteries, with an optional 5 years extra.
Does the home battery work in winter too?
Yes. Thanks to the smart heating module the battery can store energy even at temperatures down to -20 °C, so in winter it charges from the electricity grid when solar energy is insufficient.
